Apa make up terbaik bagi wanita? Yang membuay mereka begitu anggun dan cantik? Nor bedak, lipstik, neither pakaian mewah, tas mahal.

I think, akhlak mereka, sikap mereka, tutur kata, pemikiran mereka, idealisme mereka, kegigihan mereka, kesederhanaan mereka. Dan semua itu ada di dalam, dari dalam, kulit luar hanya pelengkap.

What A Day

It always come to be "What A Day" everytimes I meet her, accidentally or planned. It began years ago, when we came across took same class during our undergraduate program. At the first sight, honestly I didn't notice something special in this person that made me intersted. I just knew them (she with her twin) as noisy strangers who talk arabian to get the attention from the others, as I stayed calm as always. But everything turned shine, I was able to see how special she is, in every part. The way she talk, she behave, especially whe she smile were turned me melting.
And time goes on, while the destiny saya its own word and we apart, even so I still can reach her daily basis using gadget. We don't blame each other, we still fine more fine in my point of view because I knew the truth about what she feels. The fact is I always try to reach her just to make sure she is safe and sound, and get the benefit, gain more energy even she just send a smile emo.

Last time I see, as usual she talked problems a to z that I dont even understand, and I listen carefully, poin by poin try to resolve but I can't. That momment was awesome, marvelous, I can't describe.
She didn't talk cheap, in the end she said that the most important things right now, what she concerned at most right now, is how to be better in the eye of God, she didn't too much care in dunya things. I was calm when she said those, but that was deep. I will keep it. Everytime I meet her is what a day.

Endurance

I said before that life is a series of decisions making. Unfortunately, life itself has its nature, I called a circle. A circular process' or an iteration that put a person in very high, bit lower to the lowest level. Everybody experiences this process, but each person has their unique time frame. There are person who suffer so long in the lowest level, vice versa. No matter how rich or how brilliant you are, everybody will through this process. A question appears, where is my current position? Am I in high one or fall below. Stay calm dude, it is not about our current or future position but the way we suffer day to day that will determine the value of our valuation. So endure please !!!

Training part I : Summarizing and Making New Article from News

Current issue in Europe which will cause a massive impact both to the eurozone countries and also global economics is about Greece rejection of the bailout fund from three major Europe financial institutions. This is an epic peek of long crisis which has been began from 2008 during the lost of US and eurozone economic. Many countries included US are recovered, but Greece continues suffer to deal with inflation, decrease of GDP, unemployment and also swell of debt and the maturity of debts.

These circumstances began when Alexis Tripas, prime minster of Greece rejected the bailout due the terms and conditions applied which would tighten Greece's government policies such as cutting pension fund, etc while major leaders of eurozone such as Angela Merkel the chancellor of Germany and Francois Hollande the president of France have gave sign to send the crashing county out of the eurozone. Alexis Tripas was then to declare a voting of Greeks which will decide whether Greece will accept the bailout of not. 

 Today, the repetitive fact said that Greek voters have said "no" and this sophisticated problem will not solved yet. The leaders of eurozone has immediately arrange a meeting to kick Greece out from eurozone. Fact remains fact, it is only a trigger information that will change the whole world and it begins with personal reaction of those fact which will determine another personal or institution, country and the whole world.        

Writing and Vocabulary Training for IELTS I

This is my personal note of my study about IELTS. I begin with writing training and vocabulary enrichment that I take from Baron's IELTS and from IELTS Listening Practice App.

Vocabulary enrichment from Practice 2 Reading Skill :
1. Combat : to war ;
During world war II, the combat among the countries divides world into two allegations/block e.g west lead by US and east lead by Russia.
2. Excessive : something/feeling that push
Mostly, people who are dominant tend to have excessive thought about their view of all things.
3. Relieve : to decrease for a bit
This pain killer will relieve of your ankle's harm for a while (temporary).
4. Compulsion : under pressure
Under these circumstances, men are incapable to endure the compulsion.
5. Symptom : a sign of something
Measles symptoms appear during fist week of susceptible being infected and will disappear later.
6. Upbringing : something that God bring to someone from their birth.
Six senses are one's upbringing or passes down from family that can't be studied from others.

Writing training :
I have to make a writing about this picture below and have to finish in 20 minutes.

Let's see the figure above, we will see 2 maps of an island which has area around 25000 m2 (250 length x 100 width). The first maps show the island before construction where there is no infrastructure both on the island nor in the sea and beach around island. Under this condition, people who want to take vacation aren't willing to visit that island because of its infrastructure. There is no access to the island, no room to take rest, no place to save their hunger etc.

Meanwhile, that island is beautiful and has a potential to take interest of tourist. After the investor invests their money to that beautiful island, the island become convenient for tourist. A mini port has been built to give access people who want to visit the island using ship. The island also provides motels, cafes and restaurants for visitors who want to spend their holiday in the island. Vehicle track and foot track also has been built for mobility of visitors when they explore every part of the island. The management of the island also aware of the main attraction of the island is the beautiful of its beach, so they built access to the beach and built area of swimming.

Okay, I'm back after long long hibernation. It's time to speak up!!!!

At first, I would like to thanks to Allah, "Alhamdulillah", for everything especially in this current life, I've been pleased with lovely life. Currently I'm...beh..beh..lama gak pake english, jadinya kagok nulis english. Forgiveable la ya, english kan not my mother tounge. Okay, I have skip this part, gak penting banget.

Intinya, pertama saya diamanahi atas "jabatan" yang sesuai dengan passion saya dan sangat bagus untuk portofolio karier saya, sudah trade finance, syariah pula bro, siapa yang tidak bangga. Kedua, saya ditempatkan di Bandung, Paris Van Java, kota wisata, pendidikan, kuliner, udaranya adem, banyak neng geulis #eh, dan masih banyak lagi, 11-12 sama Jogja yang notabene "my mother city" - istilah bikinan sendiri bro. Ketiga, lingkungan kerja saya asssiiiiiikkkk banget, banyak anak mudanya, ramah-ramah, menyatu, kompak dll dan yang paling penting pimpinanya tetanggaku bro..hahaha. Keempat, gaji...tiiiit skip.

Nah, intinya itu, gak penting banget kan..haha. Iri?iri?iri?Jangan! Dibalik setiap amanah, pasti ada tanggung jawab. Saya berjanji pada diri saya sendiri untuk bekerja sebaik-baiknya semampu saya dimanapun saya berada, karena itulah definisi "sukses" menurut saya. Saya tidak pandai berkata bijak, jadi cukup sampai disini. Titik. Sebelum pamit, jangan lupa hafalannya ya, tadarusnya ya, ngajinya ya, sholat sunnah nya ya, sedekahnya ya dan segera nikah ya #eh ini buat  diri sendiri, tapi kalo ada yang ikut teringatkan ya bagus.

Rushing With Time

Another gentle reminder that time flew so fast. I am about 25 right now, but still not getting any. I got a good job but still want more, I feel that I've been jaded in this level. Some kind like wasting guns in my arsenal. So I applied Central Bank then have past 3rd recruitment processes and still waiting for next processes. In another hand, I have also been preparing for study abroad scholarship. I take private English conversation course. There are many constrains which I have to face to deal with those choices. However, I believe it would be clear as time goes by.

Secondary, I did recurrent mistakes. To be honest, I left someone who devoted her hearts to me. It just because I  have no heart to give to them. I choose my way to adore someone else (may be you :D). I knew that it will so hard of being all alone, waiting someone in uncertainty. But loudly speaking, I will not regret of doing some kind like this thing. However, I believe it would be clear as time goes by.

Random Reflection

Frankly, I got some thoughts that screws around in my mind lately. Most of them are random, but who cares, there is no mistake when you speak up your ideas or give statements. Here we go,

1. I saw most of my classmates in M*DP class are religious, they read Al Quran fluently, moreover two of them have graduated from Al A*har University, Cairo, Egypt. We are in Islamic Bank, and we do religious things everyday during the class, we do morning pray, recite Al Quran, teaching Islamic's things, so on.  But, sadly, contrary, all of them cheat while examination except Mbak Tika from sharia compliance division.  They do everything just to pursue the higher score. Yes, only on surface.
2. Business entities, banks included,  are profit oriented, whether Islamic or Conventional, utmost use all of tricks, sometimes dirty, to gain revenue. It tends to be worst. Believe me or not, I got some evidences.
3. In Indonesia especially, science has a little space in business entity, moreover science has a long gap to be applicable in business. We are not welcome and familiar to complicated things called science but worth it. Paper only a paper. We need a bridge to connect and across the gap. I have been trying in my field, i give all my oxygen.
4. Personally, I wondering why I still in hard liquidity even I have been work for 5 months. I guess, it is long transition from study period, or it is because my sister needs a huge amount of money in first class of senior high school. Hopefully it ends this month. :D    
5. I think we live in a world of problems, we will always face it. I pointed in how we face it, that will determine who we are, mature, childish or ababil (just kidding). :D . Problems are the real learning institution.

Done for today, but I still have a lot in my arsenal. Those words are for me, the reflection of mine(d).

1st Ramadhan 1434 H

Boost up your ramadhan energy. If you usually do in a hundred percents of your energy, then raise it up to double. Imagine the reward, a huge merit, you won't got it in the other months, and who knows you will meet it holly month. Fulfill it, colour it, embrace it, grab it!!

There Is No Free Lunch In This World

      Perhaps, everything has its own value, especially time value. Imagine that you have some money in this moment, and it has been expected to growth in the future time, some like bank deposit.  Besides, a value of things in the future time, it contains some risks, may be you can buy a car right now with its value, but who knows in future, may be it is not valuable as now. Or , if you have an apple now, then what will happen a week after. Or, if you invest to the stock market, then how much it will grow.  My words are messy right?:D.

    More over the value of time its self, no one could pricing its value. We have already known about that fact, about how precious time is, but most of us (especially me) don't and don't want realize. The perfect example is me :D. I used to plan for each day in early morning, but I never accomplish the whole plan through the day.

And I have to pay the cost. Currently, I should have been studying abroad in Europe, travelling around Holland, German, UK so on, playing snow balls, learning about the culture,  soooo ooooon, and the most,experiencing of living in Europe. Can you imagine the feeling? Awesome!. Such a kind of great, great, great joy.

Briefly, there are many things I want to write, but I have another duty. But this is the conclusion : there is no free lunch in this world. Everything we did, it cost some value. Depend on what we do, we will earn some return or loss out.

Debrief Operation Muamalat Officer Development Program

      Indeed, it was one of the most valuable experience I have got it. Debrief operation, semacam pendadaran dengan penguji tiga orang manajer operasional, baik dari kantor pusat (Jakarta Main Branch)  maupun dari berbagai kantor cabang di seluruh Indonesia. Skemanya mirip dengan pendadaran (sidang) bachelor thesis, kami diberi waktu 10 menit untuk preentasi setelah itu dibantai kering selama 2 jam dengan pertanyaan-pertanyaan dari debriefer. Bedanya, kami bukan mempertahankan hasil penelitian atau tulisan kami, namun kami diuji pengetahuan kami tentang operasional bank syariah.

Suasana Debrief Operation

       Yap, di sini kami diuji mengenai operasional bank syariah, jeroan bank, full dari depan sampai belakang, dari Teller, Customer Service (CS), Back Office sampai Unit Support Pembiayaan (USP). Kami sudah belajar 2.5 bulan mengenai perbankan syariah mulai dari fiqh, konsep, jenis-jenis akad, akuntansi dasar dan akuntansi syariah, operasional tiap bagian dan seterusnya, dari mulai teori dikelas sampai melihat proses secara langsung di kantor-kantor cabang. Pusing pokoknya (curcol :D), semacam file 500 Gb dimasukin ke kepala tanpa terlebih dahulu diformat, belum lagi over capacity. Ditambah lagi kami dilempar ke cabang-cabang di Jawa dan Sumatera dengan pesawat Singa Udara (read in english), feels like earthquake on the clouds.

Briefly, I have past it in such a good way (standard but without remedy :D).

Nah sekarang balik lagi ke Sarlog ya, untuk pembukuan UM dan BAD (Yadib)...bentar lagi (6 jam 15 menit) ada Debrief di kantor pusat sih, jadi harus belajar tuntas.
